AirMist's K100 moves the needle towards industrial-strength misting. Controlled through a phone app, it has the capacity to bring 160m³ of air down to its wet bulb temperature every minute. We can some great customisation options, too, to make sure your K100 delivers above and beyond.
What's in the box:
The K100 high pressure misting system kit delivers 1.0 litres/min of high pressure (70 Bar) water to a network of misting nozzles. It suits outdoor areas up to 60m², such as:
Dining areas
Outdoor kitchens
Covered walkways
Pubs
Cafes and restaurants
Childcare centres
Smoking areas.
The kit is commercial grade yet designed so that a competent DIYer or tradesperson can install and commission in a day. Stainless steel tubing between nozzles provides a rigid and neat nozzle network.
The cooling effect is nominally 24 kW (depends on temperature and humidity) - more than enough to deliver a refreshing and cooling environment for guests and patrons.
The standard K100 misting system kit includes everything you need:
High pressure positive displacement pump (1 litre/min at 70 Bar) and 240 VAC power supply
20 misting nozzles (150 μm orifice) and high pressure collar-lock fittings
19 lengths of pressure-rated stainless steel tube, length cut to give 600mm or 750mm nozzle spacing (select at checkout)
Low pressure pipe and inlet filter (water supply to pump inlet)
High pressure PE tube (pump outlet to first nozzle)
Mounting clamps and miscellaneous hardware
Smartphone app control (bluetooth)

These kits are standard with the components listed above. However they can be easily customised to suit your particular installation. Different nozzles to change mist characteristics (for very high, and very low, humidity locations), different nozzle spacing to concentrate or spread the already-impressive cooling effect. Many things are possible - just ask!
These kits are usually 'assembled to order' so assembly and delivery can take up to 15 business days.
You need 80ml of oil to fill the pump crankcase (we’re not able to ship pumps prefilled). We recommend synthetic or semi-synthetic 10W-40.
