Returns Policy

The words “I”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, and “Ours” refer to Stratify, ABN 58 343 603 036. The word “Site” refers to this Website.

We provide a 30-day returns policy. You have 30 days after your item is shipped to request a return.

We only supply to Australia. Requests for returns from other countries are not accepted.

Requests for returns of consumable items, such as water filter cartridges, are not accepted.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $200 AUD is applied to returns of Our Kits:

  • “Do It Yourself” Kits (K025, K050, K100, K150), and
  • “Build Your Own” Kits (B150, B200, B300)

No restocking fee is applied to Parts and Accessories.

No restocking fee is applied if the incorrect item was supplied.

Returns Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide the sales receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, follow this process:

  1. Contact Us at using the details provided in the Site footer. Provide reasons for requesting a return.
  2. If accepted, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) that must be signed by you and emailed back to Us.
  3. We provide a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without a confirmed RMA will not be accepted.
  4. Your item is delivered to Us and inspected.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact Us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have without delay. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the original amount minus the Restocking Fee (if applicable). If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact Us.
